A coming of age story about Charlie Bucktin, a bookish boy of 14. On the night that Jasper Jones, the town's mixed race outcast shows him the dead body of young Laura Wishart, Charlie's life is changed forever. Entrusted with this secret and believing Jasper to be innocent, Charlie embarks on a dangerous journey to find the true killer.

Tiny Explorers!

Are you a baby who likes to explore? Join us for this morning of fun! Developed for babies aged birth to 23 months (older siblings are welcome), Tiny Explorers will find us all shaking, stacking, squishing, smooshing, pounding, picking, placing, and pushing through several sensory stations. Babies love to meet other babies! Please call to register, just so we have enough crackers; 218-327-8823.

Saturday Story Time!

Join ECFE teachers in the Story Circle for books and songs, then move to the Community Room for a snack, a craft, and a time to play and visit. Families may earn one Baby Steps coupon for attending this Story Time.

Join the author and members of Free Range Food Co-op for a talk and book signing. Through examination of food co-ops, “Grocery Story” makes a case for the transformation of the grocery store as the emerging frontier in the local food movement. Location: GRAL Community Room
