Judith Connell, born in Deer River, Minnesota on March 27, 1943, peacefully left us November 6, 2019 while residing in Clifton, Arizona.
Judy never met a stranger, but rather always made a friend. She was well known as kind and generous in all the communities she ever dwelled in. She was a human Shazaam. At 76, upon hearing a current pop hit, she could state the song and artist name, adding her personal review of it . She was pretty great at predicting Grammy winners too.
No services will be held per her wishes. In lieu of flowers (to which she always said, “If you can’t give them to me while I am here, I most certainly don’t want any when I am gone!”), just please be kind to one another and take time to get to know a stranger....for you just might make a friend.
Surviving family members are Judy’s two sisters Terryl Riley (David), Donna Saari, and one brother, Philip Schneider (Penny). Three children, Tony Harootunian, Tanya Boettcher, and Tyler Connell (Maryanna). Seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Judy is proceeded in death by her parents, Russell and Ailie Schneider, and life partner, Don Korhonen.
