Of the organization’s 2,300 employees across Minnesota, 99 honorees were selected to receive the award. Honorees are nominated by their peers and supervisors.

Lutheran Social Service recognized the following employees at an awards luncheon at Bethlehem Lutheran Church of St. Cloud in early August: Carli Rigoni, Direct Support Professional, Amanda Nygren, Direct Support Professional and Amanda Williams, House Coordinator

“Spirit Awards is among my favorite gatherings of the year when we lift up the inspiring work of our employees who show up every day to offer compassion and excellence so that others can lead full and abundant lives,” said Jodi Harpstead, CEO of Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota. “I am so proud of their devotion to our vision and mission.”
