Minutes Special Meeting of the Hoyt Lakes City Council Council Chambers Tuesday, July 12, 2022 5:00 p.m. PRESENT: Mayor Zins, Councilors Popp, Kramar, Beauregard ABSENT: Councilor Grams ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Becky Lammi; East Range Police Department: Chief Tim Soular, Officer Steph Mathisen, Officer Jorden Klovstad; City of Aurora: City Clerk Stefanie Dickinson, Mayor Doug Gregor, Councilors Talicia Honkola, Dan Goette, Norma Jean Jofs, Dave Worshek Meeting was called to order by Mayor Zins at 5:01 p.m. Chief Tim Soular gave a presentation regarding current operations of the East Range Police Department. Officer Klovstad gave a presentation on the new body cameras. ADJOURNMENT Moved by Beauregard and supported by Popp to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried unanimously.
