Woodland Bank announces the appointment of Jennifer Raushel as the new Branch Manager of the Hill City office.
In the banking industry since 2012, Raushel has experience in a variety of roles starting as a teller, working on accounts and lending as a banker and also Retail Manager. She is involved with the United Way as a volunteer and ambassador and is the Business Network International (BNI)’s local chapter Vice President. Her first day at Woodland Bank was April 15.
Raushel grew up in the Twin Cities and graduated from Crown College. She has been in northern Minnesota for over 10 years. She lives with her husband of eight years and their yellow lab, Lady, in Jacobson. She loves being a part of the community, being a dog mom and is happy to work in the community where she lives.
“I’m excited to join Woodland Bank in supporting our local community and spend time getting to know the Hill City customers,” said Raushel. “I really want to help people realize that banking is not intimidating and that we are here to help, every day. That, and we have cookies and coffee in the lobby every day so come visit us and introduce yourself.”
Brian Nicklason, President of Woodland Bank, welcomes Raushel. “We look for and attract people that are passionate about helping our customers and the local community. Jennifer is a great addition to our team because she’s not afraid to roll her sleeves up and spend time helping people. We’re thrilled she chose to make a difference with us,” he said.
Woodland Bank is a full-service community bank with four locations in Minnesota—Cohasset, Hill City, Deer River and Grand Rapids.
